Meet Jessie

Jessie Cruickshank has over 20 years executive experience, serving in organizations from start-ups, to global and enterprise companies. She has been instrumental in
both corporate turn-arounds and capacity building within established institutions. Jessie is nationally recognized expert in the fields of neuroeducation and experiential learning. She has spent over two decades applying neuroscience research to leadership training and organization development. She is respected globally as a Christian missiological thought-leader and neuro-ecclesiologist.

Jessie has co-founded 4 organizations, replacing herself
at 3, all of which are still thriving. Jessie holds a Master’s from Harvard in Mind, Brain, and Education. She is a published academic, author, and serves on multiple boards internationally. She currently lives in Colorado, enjoying the rivers with her family.
